Entry fees
Entry fee for chili teams is $20 for each contest (ICS and Peoples Choice) plus $50 for an ICS membership (required to compete in the ICS red chili cookoff, but not needed to compete in the People's Choice chili cookoff). ICS membership includes a 1yr. subscription…become an official Chili Head!

Fill out the following forms:
- Contestant Sign-up Form
- ICS Membership Form or go to: ICS website
- Application for Temporary Food Permit
- Temporary Food Establishment Checklist
- Requirements for Temporary Food Establishments
ALL chili teams must fill out the ALL forms and return them with their application to the below address. They DO NOT have to pay the HD permit fee.
Checks should be made out to: Bennett's Creek Sertoma Club
Once your forms are filled out, you can send them along with the fee(s) to the following address:

Each team will be provided a 10 x 10 tent and a 6’ table.
Prizes
Red Chili (ICS rules apply)
- 1st Place: $600 top prize (trophy and bragging rights).
- 2nd and 3rd Place: $300 and $100 respectively (and trophies)
Peoples Choice Chili (ICS rules do not apply)
- 1st Place: $600 top prize (trophy and bragging rights)
- 2nd and 3rd Place: $300 and $100 respectively (and trophies)
